The hotel is a delightful respite from the city noise outside the gate and offers great value for money. The rooms feature superior quality toiletries and accessories, though they could use some improvement. The staff's efforts to make every guest happy are evident, except for an unfortunate incident with three late guests. Mukesh and Chef Khan stand out for their polite and prompt service.
The hotel had luxurious furniture and stunning bedding, providing comfortable rooms. However, the lack of directional marking for East-West sides, although a simple fix in other high-end hotels, was a down point. The maintenance agency had even blacklisted the hotel for such faults, yet we were still allocated the room by the reception.

The service was disappointing with rude staff expecting tips for basic services. The location provides a peaceful escape from the city noise but lacks nighttime support. The dining experience at Tadka was lavish but could use improvements. Overall, the hotel has mixed experiences with room amenities and service.
